2024 was a memorable year for Jordan Digital Marketing. Macroeconomic challenges (specifically, a tough B2B funding landscape), industry upheaval (AI Overviews and the third-party cookie boomerang) persisted throughout the year, but the team racked up a number of huge highlights that put us and our clients in a great growth position going into 2025.
Join us in looking back at some of the achievements that gave us the most pride over the past 12 months!
We had plenty of client success to cheer about in 2024, which alone made it a good year at JDM. We also got validation of our work from several client contacts who moved to other companies and immediately hired JDM, as well as clients who referred us to colleagues’ companies for growth.
On the paid side, highlights included:
On the SEO side, our clients:
Every year, we take pride in thought leadership that raises the industry bar in SEO and PPC, and this year was no exception.
We had three regular Search Engine Land authors this year, with Head of SEO & Content Adam Tanguay and Director of SEO Kelly Ayres delivering insights on all things (and all platforms) organic and Head of Performance Marketing Laura Schiele setting the PPC curve for B2B and measurement strategies.
We didn’t stick to the written word; our experts were also speaking stars. Kelly also made her SMX debut, speaking at SMX Advanced on SEO Beyond Google (TikTok, Reddit, and more), and Laura broke down an advanced approach to SEO and PPC synergy for Martech.org’s spring conference.
If you read industry publications, chances are you learned from a JDMer. CEO Tyler Jordan penned MediaPost columns on protecting your search budget from Google and cutting waste from B2B campaigns, Laura was quoted in Martech.org articles on Reddit advertising and B2B lead gen on social media, and Kelly’s articles on building topic authority and investing in TikTok SEO got tons of views on BuiltIn.
We also put on a trio of well-received webinars to help brands navigate the changing SEO and measurement landscape:

We don’t go above and beyond to win awards, but we took an extra measure of pride in landing finalist spots for Search Engine Land’s Best B2B Search Marketing Initiative - PPC and for the Elevation Awards’ Best Growth Marketing Program for our work with app performance monitoring leader Sentry.
The nomination was especially gratifying because Sentry proactively stripped third-party cookie tracking from its website more than a year before anyone’s hand was forced – and our partnership and commitment to the client’s business helped Sentry achieve record-breaking growth numbers and a privacy-first measurement foundation.
We had two new services launched this year, with a brand new product coming in early 2025.
We’re problem-solvers who make a practice of expanding our scope whenever we see the chance to improve our clients’ marketing campaigns. As the third-party cookie continued to erode (despite Google’s back-and-forth statements, browser-based cookie tracking is not the way forward), we began to build a measurement methodology and tracking structure to help our clients button up their measurement, collect more first-party data, and prepare for more privacy-first regulation. In December, we officially launched the marketing ops service to bring a better measurement future to a broader base of clients.
We often tell brands coming to us for marketing help that they’re not quite ready to spend effectively on paid media. One common reason for this: they lack a nurturing and follow-through strategy once they bring leads into their CRM.
Enter our new lifecycle marketing service, which combines CRM, email, and SMS expertise to help clients nurture leads through to purchase and build smarter audience segmentations to improve messaging and lookalike modeling.
This year we built a brand-new tool from scratch that we’ve been using internally for the last 6 months. The platform will help agencies, consultants, and remote teams boost profitability and productivity with ease. We’ll be launching it to the public in the coming months, so stay tuned!
Along with our usual hijinx (like the JDM holiday party, which featured which featured our third-annual JDMies awards, company and personal highlights, and a very competitive virtual game show) and expanded employee benefits including newly launched manager training, client facing-training, a DEI resource guide, and a holiday office closure to give the team more PTO, we welcomed two past employees back to the team!
At JDM, we invest in every employee’s career knowing it may lead to opportunities outside of our company, but it’s one of the most rewarding affirmations of our culture when great employees leave and choose to come back to the fold.
Our employees are spread out across 15 states, from Hawaii to Vermont! This year we celebrated 21 workiversaries, 1 wedding, 1 new baby, and 2 new puppies (Brock and Ellie).
Our Halloween costume contest winners consisted of Norse Gods Odin, Freya, Thor, and Bygul; Britney Spears: Oops… I Did It Again music video depiction; and a lion family.
As we look forward to a great 2025, we’d like to give out one great big thank-you to our team, our clients, and the trusted partners who helped make the year a memorable one. Here’s to more great highlights in 2025!
